ITOI – Transformation of integer and binary numbers

Function Description
The ITOI block transforms the input number k, or the binary number (U3 U2 U1 U0)${}_{2}$, from the set $\left\{0,1,2,\dots ,15\right\}$ to the output number nk and its binary representation (Y3 Y2 Y1 Y0)${}_{2}$ from the same set. The transformation is described by the following table

 k 0 1 2 $\dots$ 15 nk n0 n1 n2 $\dots$ n15

where n0, …, n15 are given by the mapping table target vector fktab.

If $\mathtt{\text{BINF}}=\mathtt{\text{off}}$, then the integer input k is active, while for $\mathtt{\text{BINF}}=\mathtt{\text{on}}$ the input is defined by the binary inputs (U3 U2 U1 U0)${}_{2}$.
