Max and Min of gauges/display in HMI Designer

Hi All,

I'm after away of making the Max and Min of a gauge or display a delta, rather than an absolute.

Within the gauge options in the HMI designer you can set Max and Min, e.g. -50....50°C. This gives you option to change colour if outside of these limits, red for above and blue for below etc. But the value is absolute, not relative to anything. What I want to do is set the Max and Min as a delta from say a CNR block (set point block). This lets me change colour if say the value is 2 degrees above or below what the CNR block is set to.

Thanks in advance

Mike

Re: Max and Min of gauges/display in HMI Designer

Hi Mike,

it is not possible to have relative limits inside the components.
However for display component there is a workaround with color animation. For more details have a look at example "0301 - 08 HMI Animation DEMO" which is part of installation. It will give you an idea how to use various animations in REXYGEN HMI Designer.

Let us know about your progress.

Cheers, Tomas
