Hello,

I was wondering is it possible to connect Arduino boards over ethernet and use them as RexDuino modules?

Either using Arduino board with ethernet port, or maybe other device as ethernet to serial bridge? (for this purpose maybe NanoPi? really cheap).

Did anybody tried something like this?

Regards
Hubert

btw - maybe someone have some experience with using cat5e ethernet cable as USB to USB connection (direct, no amplifiers etc)?
I was trying to establish such connection (R PI - Arduino Uno) over cat5e cable - around 35 meters distance - without success. But I'll give it another shot, maybe USB connectors wasn't properly mounted smile
