Hi, I sent available documentation via e-mail.

One of our partners wants to offer a solution to his end customers related to measurements of some responses from various sensors.
From SW point of view, easy graphical programming feature is required.
From HW point of view, safety features according SIL2/ISO 61508 are required. Does Monarco comply with this?
Moreover, ESX-3XM can be programmed via Simulink, but it also requires some other manipulation of C-code generated by RT Workshop, so I think REX may be a better choice for such application.

Hi Stepan,

thank you for your suggestion on integrating REX with ESX-3XM.

a) According to provided specification of ESX-3XM it should be possible to run a lite version of REX inside (we use this lite REX version in our own controllers). On the other hand there is quite a lot of work which has to be done in order to integrate REX into such hardware (customisation, etc.)

b) Communication via RS232 by means of I2C or SPI is also possible. You can send the API to our email support(at)rexcontrols.com.

Let me ask you, do you have some special application for this hardware in your mind?

Regards, Tomas
