there is no direct support for Pi-Plates in Rex Control System for now. However it is possible to integrate the Pi-Plates with Rex Control System by means of file system, UDP/IP protocol, TCP/IP protocol, Rex REST API, etc.

Or it is possible to write a custom solution based on Rexlang function block where you can implement all the Pi-Plates functionality using SPI commands - should be visible from their Python library .

The only example code for that board seems to be Python based in this form:

getADC(addr, channel) - return voltage from single channel
getADCall(addr) - return voltage from all channels
