Hi scoobsalamander,
the display resolution is 800x480. The template consumes 85 pixels of height and 40 pixels of width. Therefore any SVG with image aspect ratio 715:440=1.625 will fill the screen.

The video uses a template which will be available in the new version of the REX Control System. It is still in development so I cannot share it yet.

I've seen the YouTube video and I was wondering what would be the best dimensions for the Inkscape svg to start with if you want it to display (full screen) on the original RasPi 7" touch panel?

Maybe it is possible to share the original svg which is used for the video?

(I'm asking this because the next coming weeks I would like to start developing some HMI screens but I do not have my Raspi (with touch panel) with me.)
