		<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi Mike,<br />you can use example 0501-01 (generic serial communication) or any of the 0401-xx examples on Modbus RTU communication. The USB RS485 adapter will appear as e.g. /dev/ttyUSB0, which you will use as the identifier of the serial bus.</p><p>I have the best experience with FTDI-based USB adapters. 		<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p><p>I was wondering is it possible to connect Arduino boards over ethernet and use them as RexDuino modules?</p><p>Either using Arduino board with ethernet port, or maybe other device as ethernet to serial bridge? (for this purpose maybe NanoPi? really cheap).</p><p>Did anybody tried something like this?</p><p>Regards<br />Hubert</p><p>btw - maybe someone have some experience with using cat5e ethernet cable as USB to USB connection (direct, no amplifiers etc)?<br />I was trying to establish such connection (R PI - Arduino Uno) over cat5e cable - around 35 meters distance - without success. I&#039;m not 100% sure on how to do this as the MOC3023 requires 3v3 and the digital outputs are 5-40V. Whats the best way the achieve this? The process of making your Raspberry Pi up and running again would be following:</p><p>1) Perform step by step installation according to the Chapter 3 in Getting Started Guide: <a href="https://www.rexygen.com/doc/PDF/ENGLISH/RexygenGettingStarted_MonarcoHAT_RPi_ENG.pdf#page=10" rel="nofollow">https://www.rexygen.com/doc/PDF/ENGLISH … df#page=10</a> <br />2) Once REXYGEN installation on Raspberry Pi is successfully finished, you need to reactivate your license. Please, make an account at <a href="https://licensing.rexygen.com" rel="nofollow">https://licensing.rexygen.com</a> and I will pair the licence you bought with this account. USB adapter for wired Ethernet is also an option. I&#039;m supposing you are considering Modbus TCP on a local network. See example 0402-01, which is included in REXYGEN Studio.</p><p>Please let me know if the master station will run RexCore as well. If so, there are other possibilities to exchange data, e.g. REST API.
