PJSOCT – Parse JSON string - gives error when true or false in string

Hi Tomas,

No, it's not critical I was just playing around with some new functionalities (MQTT)...

I am not able to change the setup of the JSON string but I already have a working 'workaround'.... actually I am currently using NODE-RED and I thought it was time to get rid of it.
I think I'll just need to wait for the next update...anyhow, it looks already promising

REXLANG for Logging File (CSV) with header

Thanks for the feedback on this.

1) I just noticed that the C-file is now having a different name because there was already one with the same name.... But for sure the name is exactly as used int he REXLANG: srcname parameter mentioned.

2) I will have a look at your proposal to leave the file open. However I specifically changed that part only to avoid "open files" or maybe "corrupt files" when the RPi suddenly would recycle power.
Up to now with about 5 processes that each log to a file every 30 seconds, is working pretty well without any issue on my RPi 3 (2018).

3) That still brings me to the same point, I don't know in which way to change the C-code of the REXLANG block that it will determine the file does already exist and therefore does NOT need a header, or the file does NOT exist and therefore a header line will be added.
I guess I have to try and error a bit more to figure this out myself in that case...

Hi Peter,
yes the same applies to SETPI, SETPR and SETPS blocks. If you want to minimize the number of blocks, you can use the SGSLP block, which can control up to 16 parameters at once.

Thanks for clarification, now I understand the functionality. I guess you could achieve this with RS flip-flop blocks as well but I believe you have your reasons.

please have a look at the example for PIDU block (0201-22). Once you understand the PIDU block, using the PIDGS should be relatively easy. I believe the documentation of PIDGS block explains quite clearly what the block does and how to use it.

If you have any particular question regarding the PIDGS block, just let me know.

yes, I see now that is working a little bit differently, and have to be understand firstly...
But i reserved a little time at evening and solved like in the picture. I'm not sure that this is a best way, but it's working. I see that is not possible to refere to port directly, but i was surprised that i could modify the parameter of an constant int on the fly, whics is interesting. So the logic status is comming from "from"block, and based on the logic I modified the constant int parameter and send it to "pv10" and select the text messages with displaystring.
So its wonder to see a lot of flexibility in your product, but have to be understand well, thanks kind,Pal

Hi Mike,
you can have as many as you need. You just have to set a unique id for each of the TRND blocks. The same holds for the vector TRNDV blocks.
