### DIF_ – Difference

Function Description
The DIF_ block differentiates the input signal u according to the following formula

${\mathtt{\text{y}}}_{k}={\mathtt{\text{u}}}_{k}-{\mathtt{\text{u}}}_{k-1},$

where ${\mathtt{\text{u}}}_{k}=\mathtt{\text{u}}$, ${\mathtt{\text{y}}}_{k}=\mathtt{\text{y}}$ and ${\mathtt{\text{u}}}_{k-1}$ is the value of input u in the previous cycle (delay ${T}_{S}$, which is the execution period of the block).

 ISSF Zero output at start-up Bool off .. In the first cycle the output will be $\mathtt{\text{y}}=\mathtt{\text{u}}$. on ... Zero output in the first cycle, $\mathtt{\text{y}}=0$.
